Boil one teaspoon of ashwagandha, and one teaspoon of lemon peel powder in a cup of water to make the skin toner and when it cools down it can be used as a skin toner.

                  It also has the ability to prevent the effects of age. Prepare a paste by mixing one teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with rose water. Apply it as a face mask, let it take 15 minutes, then wash it with plain water.

Ashwagandha is also very beneficial for hair, its use makes its hair beautiful and shiny. It improves blood circulation in the scalp, which strengthens hair and removes dandruff. It also stimulates melanin, which is responsible for the color of hair, which can prove useful for those whose hair are turning white. Hair loss can also be stopped by applying it regularly. Actually, Ashwagandha lowers the cortisol level and thus reduces the stress on your body and stops hair loss and breakage. Ashwagandha also plays an important role in keeping hair shiny.

How to take: 

Ashwagandha has many health benefits that we have already seen. It can be taken in the form of capsules or powder, which does not like the test of Ashwagandha, it can also be used by mixing it with cinnamon and almond milk. For therapeutic doses, the best option is to take standardized root extract capsules (250 – 500 mg daily).

Ashwagandha Side Effects: 

1- People suffering from blood pressure should take Ashwagandha in consultation with the doctor. Those who have low BP should not consume Ashwagandha.

2- Excessive use of Ashwagandha can be harmful to the stomach. Taking it can cause diarrhea. Therefore, before using it, you should consult a doctor and only then consume it.

3- Use of Ashwagandha is good for sleep. But its use for a long time can also harm you.

4- Not taking the right dosage of Ashwagandha can cause problems like vomiting and nausea.

5- Excessive use of Ashwagandha can also be harmful for you. Excessive use of ashwagandha may also cause fever, fatigue, and pain.
