2 cups water
2-3 Black pepper
Half tsp turmeric powder
Half tbsp grated fresh ginger
4 tbsp Honey
10/12 Tulsi leaves
2. Then, heat the water on the stove and then add the black pepper and clove powder along with turmeric powder and grated ginger. Bring it to boil for about 3-4 minutes.

4. Turn off the stove and let it cool a few minutes and then add lemon juice.
5. Strain the concoction into your cup and then add honey as per your taste.
